2. Platform Use

You must hold a valid Amazon Associates ID and comply with all program policies to use our service.

3. Subscription & Billing

All subscriptions are billed through Stripe. You can cancel anytime — access continues until the end of your billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued.

4. Compliance

You’re responsible for complying with Amazon’s policies, FTC guidelines, and all affiliate marketing laws.

5. Intellectual Property

Platform code, design, and software are property of BagThatThangUp. You retain rights to your brand, imagery, and content.

6. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of the platform.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations or misuse.
